6. Return, Replacement & Refund
Azhaki follows a No Refund Policy.
Replacement is provided only for:

- Manufacturing defects
All replacement requests must be supported by a mandatory unboxing video and raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
