At Azhaki, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienic, and carefully packed products to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Policy
Azhaki follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We offer product replacement only for eligible cases.
2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement will be provided only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
All replacement requests must be supported by a valid unboxing video.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process a replacement request, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed courier package
- The shipping label
- The product being opened and inspected
❗ Photos are not accepted.
❗ Requests without an unboxing video will be rejected.
This policy helps prevent misuse and ensures fair service.
4. Time Limit
All replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
5. Return & Replacement Process
If your request is approved:
- Azhaki will provide a return address
- You must send the product back to the given address
- Return courier charges must be paid by the customer
- After the returned product is received and verified,
a replacement product will be shipped to you
🚚 Azhaki does not bear or reimburse any return shipping charges.
6. Product Condition
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all labels and seals intact
Used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged:
- Food and grocery products
- Health and herbal consumables
- Personal care and women wellness products
8. Final Decision
Azhaki reserves the right to approve or reject any return or replacement request after verification.
